Parker

Parker is a chocolate lab mix and is about 2 1/2 years old. He loves to play with everyone. Here Parker is playing with one of his buddies, Sebastian. Parker is very talkative and will always make you laugh. We love him very much.

Therapeutic Riding for the Disabled

Stable Hands, Inc. Therapeutic Riding for the Disabled has been in operation in the Wausau/Merrill area for over 15 years. They provide a unique form of therapy using horses to help disabled riders with balance, confidence, muscle strength and coordination. And it is a lot of fun! They are an affiliate center of North American Riding for the Handicapped, Association, Inc. (http://www.narha.org/) that provides guidelines and safety standards. Stable Hands has registered instructors, staff and volunteers who work together as a team in a positive, specialized setting. Riders do games and activities on horseback designed for each individual student.
They offer classses in Spring and Fall.
